Tiffaney Chin | Ballet Instructor

Dancing since she was three years old, Miss Tiffaney has trained intensively in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Tap, and Contemporary. Miss Tiffaney has been teaching for the past sixteen years at dance studios in the city of Calgary and surrounding areas. Miss Tiffaney is a certified Ballet instructor with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and mentor for the RAD Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS) program.  She has entered students in all Graded and Vocational levels with a one hundred percent success rate. Miss Tiffaney is also certified in ADAPT Tap and Jazz as well as, Acrobatique, Acro dance certification. She is certified in Marie Walton-Mahon's Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT). Miss Tiffaney holds her Zumba certificate, a dance inspired fitness program; Zumba Gold certificate, Zumba for the mature adult; and Zumbatomic certificate and Zumba for kids. Miss Tiffaney has obtained her BEd and BA from the University of Calgary. She had the pleasure of working with students through her various contracts teaching dance with the Calgary Board of Education. Miss Tiffaney has been recognized for many choreography awards throughout her teaching career. She has choreographed her students for performance opportunities that have taken them around the world to places like Japan, Disney World and on Cruise ships. One of the highlights in Miss Tiffaney’s career was having her choreography featured on the Family Channel’s, The Next Step: Chance to Dance With Stacey Tookey. Miss Tiffaney has also had the honour of being an adjudicator for competitions.
